We do not retain any fingerprint cards with personal data. All ink card fingerprints are returned to the customer upon completion.
As required by law, we securely retain completed Live Scan Request Forms for one year. After that, they are destroyed using secure shredding procedures. We do not store biometric or fingerprint image data.

We may disclose personal information only:
To government agencies (such as DOJ, FBI, or authorized licensing boards) for fingerprint processing
If legally required to comply with a subpoena, law, or court order
We do not share your information with third-party marketers or unrelated vendors.

We do not accept online payments. Payments are made in person at our Santa Ana office via point-of-sale (POS) system or Square for mobile fingerprinting services. No credit card information is stored by us.

Locked storage of paper Live Scan forms (retained only as required)
Secure shredding of forms after retention period
